EB SE Help - shift1 - 07-05-2023

I sent them the photos of the box which show the item is missing and also the packaging. It's an SSD.
But after the mail they haven't responded in several days. What should I do? Seems like it's one of their tactics.

How long could this go, any experience?

Personally I haven't got much experience. From what I've read it could take weeks or could be a very short time. You should just act like a disappointed customer and contact them very frequently.

give them a call if possible or insist. The strategy is being adamant, they’re probably avoiding to answer to discourage you in case you’re faking it. Is it working?

I can't call, but spamming seems weird.

I wouldn't say spam, just try reaching out to them as a frustrated customer would (act as if you lost your money). As said before, they are probably trying to discourage you by letting time pass.
