Nike DNA - Biggie Pappy - 07-05-2023
Hi all, I placed an order for Nike in the EU, a pair of sneakers, shorts and a t-shirt. The order amount is 250 euros. The day after delivery I contacted support and reported that I never received the package. Nike decided to investigate the results of which I was denied a refund. I contacted the support on the Nike website again, tried to get them to investigate again, but they remained adamant in their response "Contact the courier service, deal with them. The outcome of the investigation is final."
The order was made to a clean address, new email, new recipient information. Who has encountered similar situations and how did you solve them?

I had success with Nike and UTD method

Well, they kind of started a second investigation. I don't think it's going to be in my favor, but at least it's a breakthrough.

In my country I am stil having great success but I have to push and bother them a lot, appraently around the world Nike is getting patched a bit, meaning you have to get a good rep so don't give up, there is still a lot of braindead reps out there.

Hi all, Nike remains adamant they are asking me to contact the carrier company and file a claim. Without that claim they are not going to investigate further. Has anyone had any experience with this?

whats the issue here? the possibility of lying on a carrier's claim?
