Kendra Scott Bracelet DNA - snnhmr - 07-03-2023
Trying a DNA on a KS Bracelet. They replied "If after going through these steps the package is still unable to be located, we can open a lost package investigation with the deliverer. I can provide further information about opening an investigation if we do need to take this next step, as well as look into your options for a replacement." Now, I believe there is no evidence that they could find. I have never SE'd from this location.
What do you guys think? Advance? Stop? LMK

Hello, may I know what ended up happening? Did you get the refund?
