I ordered a GPU from BestBuy costed $650. Claimed DNA and they wanted a PR. After a week I just went with a replacement instead. They are much easier to get a replacement and just ship back the replacement for full refund.

Update on this. They cancelled my replacement and I just did a charge back. My financial provider sided with me.

Thanks for providing the update. Did your bank side with you based on the issuing of a replacement, subsequently canceled?

I had multiple chats with support telling me to wait for a refund. That's the only reason they sided with me.

I see, so your bank gave you a refund after telling you to wait for a refund from the original company, when you never got one from them, your bank had your back?
