As mentioned on the title - Questions
When doing DNA if your first attempt either through phone or live chat is not successful and quickly escalates to an investigation. Is it ok and best to cycle between agents until one agrees to instant ref, even though investigation has already been submitted. Or does it raise suspiciousness and hurts the whole DNA claim process overall?
