I failed DNA, I said that finaly my roomate take it
I said I want to return it, but I have to pay for the return label.
Any suggestion to have a refund ?

just tell them that it's broken or malfunction and you should be able to return it without paying anything for shipping

Can you explain us your exchanges with them and how it became unsuccessful ? Did you sign upon delivery ?
