decode barcodes from carriers - FortuneCookie4 - 06-27-2023

hey you all. can anyone give me some guidance on how to decode the barcodes from various carriers (e.g. DHL, UPS, DPD, etc)?

for some the barcodes returned the same information as printed plain text undernearth them.

for others they contain more information like part of the tracking ID and destination postcode but a string of other digits/letters I would like to decipher.

I tried cross checking but they don't seemed to be related to any sender's information, and apart from the postcode, not the address of the destination either. But there is every chane they are just hidden under the digits.

Could anyone please help? Thank you

I found this for UPS but it seems to be USA centric, it was no help to decode a label from within Europe. Or maybe I missed something?
