I have a SN from a Panasonic TV and wanted to get a new one with the repair service.
For the return, however, a supplier comes to me who probably checks the pop and picks up the TV.
Is there a way around this? I do not have a box of the TV and I think he also checks what is in my box, which I want to send back.
