Basically free AirPods (thus free money) - Green314 - 06-24-2023

Hello everyone.

Intro
For those that don't know me, I'm an SEr. My official journey began around 2020 on this forum, thanks in large part to the abundance of resources it offers and the generous individuals who contribute to it, such as @mothered and many others. I am a member of the Deceit group on this forum, which is specifically dedicated to SEr activities. Unfortunately, due to personal obligations, work commitments, and various other reasons, I have limited time to allocate to this platform. That's why you rarely see me active in this forum, even though I would genuinely enjoy assisting you all by answering your questions.

Over the past few years, I have shared numerous tutorials on this forum, including some paid SE eBooks. These resources were created to provide guidance on various topics such as social engineering, refunds, and FTID, catering to both beginners and advanced users. If you're interested in exploring these materials, you can find them all conveniently compiled in one place at All my Contributions here in one place.

Now that I've provided a brief introduction about myself, let's delve into the main focus of this discussion.

Background
Last year, a huge number of counterfeit AirPods/AirPods Pro were produced, as reported in this article: $290,000 worth of apple airpods found to be fake and many others. The confiscated products were virtually identical to the originals and extremely difficult to distinguish. Even Apple, which employs a website to verify their authenticity, struggled to effectively detect the counterfeits, because the:
  1. SN on the box;
  2. SN inside the AirPods;
  3. Animation the AirPods do when you connect them to your devices, if you check, it appears to be authentic to the original one.
Making difficult to spot that they're a fake. Leaving a loophole in this field that can be exploited by social engineers.
When I came across this news, my keen and analytical mind immediately recognized an opportunity, which I quickly seized upon. And now, I'm excited to share this valuable information with you, completely free of charge.

Method
  1. Purchase a pack of clone AirPods headphones (aliexpress or similar).
  2. Purchase a pair of genuine AirPods from a popular website/store.
  3. Once you receive the package, remove the original headphones from their box, replace them with the clone headphones, and send the package back.
Take in mind
This method only works if the website or store you use does not verify that the serial number of the returned AirPods matches the serial number of the originally sold AirPods. However, the serial number of the clone AirPods will appear authentic if the website checkcoverage.apple.com is used (that's why clone are difficult to spot). Based on my experience, many stores do not thoroughly check if the serial number matches the one sold; they typically only confirm that:
  1. The box is sealed and;
  2. It appears authentic on checkcoverage.apple.com. You can also use your skills as SEr to make the SE succeed.
But again, once you found the websites/stores that are SEable to this technique (and some of them are listed in my eBooks that I sell for SEing), it's done. Free AirPods and free money.

Thanks for reading this. Have fun SEing. If you're interested in improving your SEing skills, take a look at eBooks on my signature.
See you around..

Go on alibaba, there are many good ones. Of course, you would need to buy more than one. Also, if someone doesn't succeed with this tutorial and doesn't know what to do with the fake Airpods Pro I would just suggest you sell them as the real ones on local marketplaces, there is also a website in EU called Vinted. There are plenty of people who buy fake Airpods Pro without even noticing there are fake. In my country the fake airpods pro reselling just skyrocketed, even underage kids are reselling them as genuine and people are buying, it's crazy.

Does this still work with amazon or BestBuy?
