What's the best host for hosting botnets, both free and paid?
And yes, I know the free hosts will probably suspend the account, but which one of them is less likely to notice the botnet/suspend it first?

Use a "truly anonymous webhost" they use bitcoins as payment, and walk you through step by step on how to not leave any trace of your identity on their servers, so if they are forced to cooperate with authorities the information they hand over is useless.

*virtual private network * its basically a server with more than one you little know it all buttmunch
i use a custom made network *out of my home* which i ping each servers to, so when I use my HOIC its as strong as possible, I can take down things 10x larger I just rent it out.

What you are talking about is a dedicated server. A dedi gives you the ability to set up a bunch of VPS' unlike a VPN which just allows you to connect and send/recieve data trough it. Also, please tell me you're kidding because if not, I have officially lost all my faith in humanity.

let me break it down, multiple servers = 1 network.. if you knew anything about our civilization you would know that a dedicated server is actually a box you rent out from a company, if you use your brain for a few seconds you can realize, you could actually put a dedicated server in your house tie multiples together & woah you have your own personal network.
