Successful Zalando EB expensive Silver necklace - JoeBarbaro - 06-19-2023
Hi,
made a fresh zalando acc and made a 200€ legit order.
After that I purchased a 250€ silver necklace
It arrived inside a small cardboard box that is non-transparent. However you can hear the insides when shaking the box.
Seller is not zalando but a big 3rd party seller on the platform.
Is this still worthy of EBing?
What can I expect?

i did this a couple days ago with a different item.
it doesnt matter if it shakes.
i got the refund the same day.

I just chatted with a braindead rep and he sent me a legally binding declaration for me to fill out.
Did you undergo the same procedure?

yes, i filled it and a couple hours later the guy sent me a confirmation for the refund.
i had previous orders for over 500 euros tho that mightve helped.
