ASOS BLOCKING (PATCHED?) - izzy777 - 06-18-2023
Hey there, I made my ever first account on ASOS and my first order as well. I did and EB and it was confirmed to me via live chat (instant refund).
I got an e-mail by ASOS 2 days after saying that there are closing my account due to suspicious activity bla bla bla And the refund was not issued because of that.
I proceed to contact them asking for help on that matter and they told me that there is nothing they could do about by account and regarding of my refund I would have to contact my bank.
I dont know if I should contact my bank about this since the order is less than 200€.
What are your thought on this?
PS: I TikToked "ASOS Blocked me" and I saw too many people that are not SErs that had their account banned as well for simply making a legit return etc, so I guess their system is really fucked up right now, banning everyone.
