Google want to order 3-4 phones to refund or replace and then refund

Personally, I had kind of a shitty experience with Google. I got the replacement but then they fucked me and wouldn't accept the replacements back. Called support, contacted everyone I could and they just instantly denied replacements (this was around Christmas too, so I still had ample amounts of time to process a return). I haven't heard of anyone else having this type of experience w/ em though.
