Urgent Apple SE Help Needed - shadowshaymin - 06-15-2023
So, I'm trying to SE a Mac desktop product. I'm attempting WIR given it's an aged account and seems one of the only ways to SE Apple. I tried to do some research to get an idea of the package weight, which BH said was 4.6lbs. Great, so I ordered a similarly weighted purchase to a friend's house for 4.58lbs.
Now, checking the UPS tracking for the desired item, it states the package weight is 3lbs. So, my order to my friend's house for 4.58lbs is wildly inaccurate. Annoying,. However, two of the three items in that order intended as the WIR add up to 3lbs.
Can I claim WIR for only two of those items? Or will it look suspicious given that they can track the order with the serial numbers and see that the package order that it was a part of was meant to = 4.58lbs? I ask because I can no longer make any other orders to my friends house as they're a bit exhausted with me using their address to SE, hence why I can't make another order that adds up exactly to 3lbs.
