EB Question - iRack - 06-15-2023

Hello, i want to buy a new CPU around 200 euro with PayPal. The CPU can't be saw through the box. If I say that the box was empty will PayPal request me a Police Report? Or should I buy from Amazon and EB? But my amazon account is new (6 months old and 0 orders) and I want to avoid PR. Thanks Smile

With amazon, you can EB almost everything, on amazon.de, I did a cooking think for my brother, a Lian Li o11 case for my computer lol.
I did a ryzen 7 5800x with empty box, almost a full pc with brand new accounts lol, the only time they requested PR it was for a motherboard (nzxt b550 in white) so you're pretty much safe
(that's my experience only ! if u get PR, u can still send it back ofc)

And you faked the PR? I don't want to involve the police because i can have troubles. I don't know what to do:

EB but i think is a red flag if I say that the box is empty and when they request a PR i make a return request

or

to WIR a more expensive CPU and say that i got a 100 euro CPU with the same weight and when they put me to return the package i will put the 100$ CPU but if they recorded when packing my order i fail too Sad
