Paypal no prepaid label boxing return - fi7s8y8r3iohff - 06-15-2023

So the company I am SE'ing does not provide prepaid labels so I am thinking I will just send a parcel that is filled with garbage to the company and then use the tracking to show paypal that I did deliver it.

Would this succeed even though the package isn't insured? The company provided a return label to put inside the box which I will also omit.

Paypal seem to be less likely to rule in buyer favor in cases like this. They can't really verify the address or merchant agreeing for you to return it etc.

If the Buyer responds saying they got garbage or didn't get the parcel how is Paypal supposed to rule against them.

Do you mean the merchant? Sorry, I forgot to add that the company added a return label so the tracking will show that I delivered to the correct return address. I think if the company responds saying they got garbage maybe they'll take my word over theirs?

yea, merchant my bad.

So they gave you a return label you just have to pay for it? Your chances are better then even if it isn't insured. The odds are best if the company provide the label via PayPal. Even if they say they receive garbage Paypal will side with you as long as it your 1st claim like this.

It's just a sheet of paper they want to put outside the box which I don't think I should put. Not sure about this though but I feel like it'd be more successful if the garbage I put inside the box can't be traced back to me.

Also, I don't want to deal with dry ice.

Doesn't matter about the paper, you can put it or not. Even if they respond they received incorrect item. Paypal should side with you for your first claim. As long as it was delivered.

Okay, thank you. I will send the return out of pocket and try with Paypal.

The weight of the clothes was about 5lbs. If I were to just put in some random paper do you think that would suffice? Or should I instead put in old clothes or something.
