Hi @mothered I don’t know how to create a new thread I tried boxing apple f 2 phones made sure the weight was exact sellotaped batteries and coins used seals , and they said we concluded the phones never made it back to us on an email , what can I do now

They told me to file a police report and said we have seen this happen before so I filled one out
