Returns problem please help. - SilentSniper8122 - 05-30-2023

I genuinely returned 8 items to a company worth around £700 and they are claiming that I only returned “one” item and have only been refunded £30. They said they have checked with the returns team etc and they are certain that I only sent back the “one” item. But this is BULL****T how am I meant to get a refund. The return was through EVRI.

Thanks bro it’s with HOF , they said they checked with the relevant team and they claim that I only returned 1 item after there checks, they have now reverted this to the courier for further clarification.. I’m now guessing that someone to do with Evri took items out my parcel the trouble is I can’t prove it as I’m sure they don’t weigh returns, do you think there’s any other way I’m going to be able to get my refund? Thanks again.

Not good enough.

For all you know, they could've made the whole thing up. Tell them to provide evidence of their findings.

They have now sent two blurry images of the package being checked but the images are so blurry I can’t even tell if it’s my parcel

Depending on your payment processor, you might be able to dispute the charge.

Did you tell them the Images are not viewable?
