The brazilian forest company sent me a phone i ordered but I didn't like it so I returned it via a relay point. Before I got a refund, I ordered another phone and they sent me a wrong one. Both of them were from their refurbished section and I was surprised that not only did they send the wrong one but they sent the exact model that I originally returned. Therefore, I returned the wrong phone too via the same relay point and this shop has cameras everywhere. It's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received a refund and tracking says the phones are still in the relay point despite their policy saying it should only take 14 days. I contacted their support and the agent said that they have manually deleted the return labels and have ordered a manual refund. As a result, my amazing account no longer shows the 2 phones' state as "return started", just "delivered" but the agent sent me an email confirming the refunds.
Is there any way I can profit off of this or should I just get my refund and move on?
