I needed some parts for my car so I purchased about $450 worth of parts that were all shipped in a singular box by FedEx. I claimed DNA but the live chat just shows me the picture from FedEx and then advises me to fill out a police report and then contact FedEx. They say that there's nothing they can do. Its $10 to file a PR in my county which I don't mind but as long as I will eventually get the refund.
Any help?
update: I have talked to 3 different live chats and basically they've all said I have to talk to FedEx and they will not give any refunds
