AirPods Max EB - caney - 05-27-2023
hey guys
I ordered Airpods Max and told them my parcel was empty. They told me to write an email and send me a picture of the parcel so they can pass this case to their "special employeers" (the ones who deal with that idk)
My question is why do they want pictures, is there a specific reason for? And is this method still usable?

I just did a quick google search and Airpods Max are 385g so I think EB will be a bit difficult. Of course, like with any SE there are exceptions so it could work, but in the future maybe try to keep EB for lighter orders like sunglasses or smaller airpods. good luck tho

They let me fill in a form for DPD because they just left my package in front of my door and faked my signature… Well if its not working, how should I continue ? Should I just send it back like nothing happened?

Man, this is some mess, but if it works then you are very lucky. Let's be positive and see how it goes and all the best.
I think the best would be to act as if nothing happened and just create a normal return and return it.

Well I called them today and asked for an update... after a few minutes they told me that I will get my refund in the next week
