Help - Samsung watch MEB - Italy - Pr requeste - EvergreeD - 05-19-2023

Hi guys,
i recently try a MEB (only missing the watch) of an Samsung smartwath 5, bought from samsung website.
After the first call the told me that they need a PR to go on and investigate for my case, they also told me that must be complaint against unknown persons from postal police.
Now i'm asking:
- There's some "safe" way to made a fake PR
- I can do it online?
- I ordered with face name, so i can also plan to made a legit one but i dont have the ID
- Some italian guys who knows the procedure for a "safe" fake PR?

You should tell them that you found the watch and find some excuse for that (brother accepted the package and had it in his room…).
Then apply for a return for the watch and use FTID v3 on the return label.
When the tracking shows that the package has arrived, wait a week.
Contact Samsung, preferably via phone and ask what happened to your return and if it's being processed soon, put some pressure on them.
They will refund you the paid amount back since the tracking shows the return has been delivered, but they can't find your package, hence it's a warehouse mistake.

Thanks dude, I gave them a generic apology, blaming an imaginary son, and now they've sent me the DHL label.
At this point I wonder if it is still risky to do an FTID, in the sense that by now the case will certainly be under observation, when this umpteenth problem arises they will certainly not proceed lightly.
So should I make it legit and try again with another one?
