Can EB work ? The mouse is super light (74g)
Anyone had sucess with it ? Does contacting by email/live chat work or has to be by phone ?

Never tried Razor. Read the TOS and see if they are liable for lost shipments.

Try using the search function, I know other people have SE'd razor.
EB might work if it's light enough but i'm not speaking from experience.

EB should work if the weight is as you stated (74g). I did SE Razer for the same mouse but using s/n method, EB will be a lot quicker and less hassle, as I had to provide videos, photos of serial number, destroying the mouse cable etc.

Yes, just proof of destruction which I photoshopped. I would say go with EB if its light enough, as this all spanned over like two weeks.
