Hi guys,
Wondering how difficult it is to deal with amazon in the US? Do the delivery drivers typically come back?
Looking to hit a laptop over there but not sure what site. BestBuy, Walmart, Costco, let me know a good one

Amazon will likely require a PR.
I only SEd amazon once and it was for ~$300. It took over 10 emails, a PR, and a phonecall. They just kept giving me the same copy paste stuff via email, only the phonecall fixed it.
I'm not a pro though, and some other people have had more success.
