It is about refunding, it explains methods and breaks down what refunding is. Basically popularising it even more.

They haven't really shared anything new in the video from what I could tell (using the auto-translate feature in YouTube)... All the methods mentioned have been public for many years now, and most companies are already well aware of these methods? 🤷♂️

Yeah, "public" but for some reason mothered blog was taken down because of how "public" there are. For people like us that are in this forum, it looks like it's not something new, but believe me, before this forum, I didn't know anything about SE and how it works, you have to be into these things. For people who are not interested in it, they will not know even those simple DNA or EB. Would you wake up one day and tell the company you bought some shoes that they didn't arrive or that they were missing when you know that you got them without any problems? Of course not. Not even to mention that if you have enough cash and your life is quite good, the last thing you want to do is SE.
