I would like to SE rtx 4070 ti from amazon.de The method I want to use is WIR. What do you think about it? Will a police raport be needed? Does the method have a high success rate?

What is WIR ? I would advise to not get involved with police, you could also fake the police report, but if they decide to check it it would be pretty bad. There has been arrests made for people who used fake police reports from the same police station to obtain the refund.

Just file the police report online in case you're paranoid to go in person.
WIR doesn't usually require police reports. The weight needs to be pretty close however.
Police reports work well with EB. But if executed perfectly then WIR is the best method.

120g is always mentioned as the very maximum limit.
Shipping has to be arranged by amazon on another account to another address completely different from yours.

Buy the GPU you want, and buy a similar one in weight.
Once you received the one you want, open a case on AMZ saying you got the wrong item etc etc.
It should be fine
