Amazon com ofm - papken - 05-04-2023
Hey, month ago I ordered something what's value is about 1100$ - before the arrival I requested DHL to return it to sender, so after 2 days it arrived in amazon's returns centre. It took them about 2 weeks to process the return and I could see on the order's page that my refund was issued to my og payment method. Unfortunately, refund was stuck for some reason due to technical issues, it took me one week to do something with that and suddenly they closed my account(ofm). Does anyone have any idea what to do in this situation? Can I spam e-mails somewhere to fix it?

Write them about you need to get access to account to get invoice for tax office , most likely they will give you access and you will be able to write to support again and collect all data from that case for chargeback as a last resort

they can only unblock your account for 24 or 48 hours and you have to make a refund in that time

Man... good luck. I had an account closed after I legitimately returned a product, and I went back and forth with OFM for 4+ months... to no avail. They kept saying my refund got stuck and all this other bs.
Long story short, I had to chargeback through my bank and thankfully got my money back. If you don't get anywhere with OFM with a few weeks, cut your losses and chargeback.
