Crocs DNA (May 2023) - Spatialize - 05-02-2023
I talked to the agent on Crocs after waiting a couple days claiming DNA on my order. They said that thy would be issuing my refund.

Crocs do not open investigations with carrier for DNA under 150$, even if a picture is taken.

Yeah apparently from the experiences of others on this forum, crocs is like stupid easy to do…some guy managed to pull an EB off of a pair which shows you how brain dead the reps are lmao

GG, crocs is pretty easy tbh, I did DNA last month. 4 pairs 204€. I went through live chat, it took a few minutes.

I personally can’t confirm but you can find others on this forum who did it successfully
