No Longer Allowing "Open-Ups"
I've recently received complaints regarding certain "open-up" services, which offer verified accounts/creation services. While usually I'd have no issue with these services, it has been brought to my attention that some of these services are using stolen credentials in their process of business.
Going forward, discussion/sales of "open-up" services will be removed and treated under Illegal Content rules. Ads may be possible for external sites that are vetted, but we have always prohibited fraud/ID theft.
