Lego declined my DNA - Robbinhoodd - 04-28-2023 This is the second time I have attempted to DNA Lego on the same address, which was jigged, and the third time I tried to DNA them. All other info had been changed, I also used new device and VPN and card. The customer rep I spoke to said that they would send my DNA claim for review to a back office team, and I got an email stating that upon review, they would be unable to reship or refund and to contact my bank. I find this quite odd since Lego has been notoriously easy to DNA in the past. I called them again and supposedly these decisions are final, based on what the their manager said. The only proof of delivery is a name, not even a signature or picture, and it's not even name that can be associated with me. I know that Lego had updated their systems last week for my region. Just documenting my experience in case this starts to become an ongoing issue. RE: Lego declined my DNA - ashleyhaben - 04-29-2023 Escalate your claim. Say you contacted your financial institution and they want to know the reasoning as to why your claim was denied for a product you never received. Demand an answer as to why your claim was denied. Hopefully then you'll be able to discern whether your address has been blacklisted or if they just found it was "delivered" and are creating a barrier for your SE. First rep to back office is not the final escalation in a matter like this, your claim isn't dead yet and is just getting started. I hope this helps. I am still yet to hear back from them. Thanks for your suggestion. RE: Lego declined my DNA - AlreadyRRich - 04-29-2023 Mind sharing your region and how much was the total order? I just did a 300$ DNA on them, US based. RE: Lego declined my DNA - Robbinhoodd - 04-29-2023 (04-29-2023, 03:19 AM)AlreadyRRich Wrote: Mind sharing your region and how much was the total order? Canada, around same amount as yours. I think it might have to do with my address, even though its jigged. Ive done one for $400 on the same address and $300 on another address, but lets be honest, these plastic bricks are overpriced. |
