Hey everyone, I really need some help here, I will try to explain this in the shorter way possible.
About a month ago I placed an order on NIKE for 5 air forces (600€) and tried to do a LIT, which failed. (dont hit me for that, plz)
so 2/3 weeks ago I had to legit return all items and this is where the nightmare starts. Right before I legit return the items I made a chargeback on the revolut thinking that it would help with anything but it didnt, I still made the return. ( I claimed on nike that I was able to find the lost package after talking to the courier and was going to re-send it).
multiple days have passed and I havent received a refund confirmation, I contacted nike and they told me they have not received and they claimed that for days, finally, a rep says that they are able to locate the package and they are going to refund me. still havent receive any confirmation/refund and I contact them again asking for it and they say that they are no able to proceed with a refund because I have a chargeback going and I need to cancel it. I talk to revolut and they said that at this point they cant cancel the chargeback, only nike can decline it/cancel it. I say that to nike and they copy past everything saying i need to contact the back to drop the chargeback etc etc. I dont know what to do at this point, I am acting like a middleman between 2 big companies.
Fun fact: at this point, nike have claimed that:
-they have not received the package,
-they received the package but only with 2 shoes,
-they need my IBAN to make the refund,
-I have to contact the bank to drop the chargeback ... etc etc
IT seems that every reps says a whole different story
I just want my refund I know what else I could do... any tips here?

I don't know what made you think that doing a charge back on an order that you are going to legitimately return was a good idea, I assure you it was the complete opposite of that. It is obvious that the only way forward here is to wait for the charge back to fail at which point Nike will be able to refund you. That is all that can be done here.
All you've accomplished here is the destruction of any good rep you had with either company. Revolut will scrutinize you more closely in general going forward after this failed charge back. You dont want to lose your revolut account as it is the only bank - at least in my region - that allows you to use a disposable VCC without a very small limit. Good luck.
