occurs on factory sealed electronics as well as new clothes , when you legitimately return a piece of electronic after opening it's factory sealed box , your return cannot be put in a resell process as new since the only thing that indicates item virginity is simply destroyed so the fate of your return is determined to be one of the the following :
1- a restocked item
2- a liquidation item
3- a discarded item
this piece of information can be used while " SE'ing " for example when preforming "Sealed Box Method" ...

Nah you can reseal your product, it's not like it's hard process with the right tools.

Im not sure what you are trying to say here. The SB method is binary either you did it correctly and the item still appears to be factory sealed and you were refunded or you did not. If you did it correctly then the item will go back into stock ready to be sold to another customer as brand new because you returned in a condition that made it look as such.
