I order an iPad directly from Target and it's en route to my home. What should I use on Live Chat? I heard DNA and EB is not a go at atm. Thanks in advance.

You might have to do FTID at that point. EB won't fly, and DNA is a dead end with Apple products at Target. Maybe WIR, but Target might have CCTV--I just know they have special procedures in place for Apple items.

My experience, Target is the biggest PITA for DNA. My advice to anyone is to use somewhere that is less hassle.
