broken glass method help - Bossmanxm - 04-19-2023 So I was able to acquire a creed empty bottle for very cheap and wanted to buy the real thing to claim broken glass method. So my questions are 1. How should I break the bottle (smash it completely or try to chip a piece of the corner) 2. what is an easier store I'm seeing mixed reviews for House of Fraser and Selfridges or John Lewis. I don't know which is the easiest to hit 3. should I just claim the bottle is smashed or should I also add I cut my finger I'm distraught blah blah blah to make my SE more convincing I've also got the packaging if needed any advice is helpful RE: broken glass help - Swoon - 04-19-2023 I would go with a crack bottle particularly, if u by accident ended up broking the empty bottle instead of cracking it, just say it was broken when u opened the package. I can't provide the info where to buy it, since I don´t have experience with those websites, but check their policies before ordering, they should provide insurance for the shipping. If u do this steps right they will ask for photos which u can take of your empty bottle/package, they might aswell ask for the bottle back, which is not a problem to you. RE: broken glass help - Bossmanxm - 04-20-2023 do you think I should also say i cut my finger or no thats too far and just adds more problems. Also does anyone else have an idea about what store RE: broken glass method help - EquitableEngineer - 04-20-2023 (04-20-2023, 12:02 AM)Bossmanxm Wrote: do you think I should also say i cut my finger or no thats too far and just adds more problems.Where you based ? Keep it simple and straight to the point. U received a damaged product and u want ur money back. Provide the company full proof and them won't deny it. Check their policies as I said before. Keep us updated if u ended up persueing the SE.
