HP RMA - HEIS - 04-18-2023

I've obtained a serial number of a EliteBook which has warranty till 4.2024 and it also has Care Pack enabled.
Is there any way I could SE HP to make them send a replacement/refund for it?
Would they be sending me a prepaid label and then I'd FTiD it or send dry ice, or perhaps you have some other ideas?

What's the precise weight of the EliteBook?

You've mentioned dry Ice, so you'd need to accurately calculate the sublimation time based on the above weight.

They will expect the return, so the only other method Is the disposed of the faulty Item - which can be an arduous and lengthy process.
