UPS Claim - rixaf - 04-17-2023

After boxing a company with a damaged box, they started a claim with UPS
The same tracking ID as the return is showing out for delivery, and after calling is being returned to my address.

Is this normal or whats going on?

Sounds like they may have found your box and are returning it to you? How did you perform your SE?
