ASOS HELP - jebko123 - 04-17-2023
Hello everyone,
I bought a backpack from asos and wanted to do DNA as always but the package was delayed on the day i wasn't home and the courier listed it to the near locker (the delivery status say it was delivered to locker, so no hopes for dna) I already picked it up but struggle to find methód which would i use to success. Any advice would help. @mothered

ASOS are denying claims and banning accounts.

They denied my claim of a return and blocked my account.
I done a charge back with my bank and got a full refund. Took 30+ days.

It happened to me literally three weeks ago, aged account with many orders over years.
