UberEats new customer promo - privatejohn__ - 04-16-2023

I've been trying to abuse first-order promo's on uber eats for a while now. It doesn't work. Somehow, UberEats detects that I'm not a new user. Last time I tried on my PC I used a new name and last name, new email and phone number, new address and a new card. They still detect I'm not a new user. How?

Did you use VPN?

Nope, used mobile data. Maybe my IP wasn't actually unique then? Maybe a residential proxy then... But I tried using public Wi-Fi as well, and theoretically many people might register for UberEats from public wi-fi so that shouldn't be a problem as well?
