Amzn US Account specialist - pshah2718 - 04-15-2023
Multiple associates on amzn have tried to process the return of $2.1k which is getting blocked by an account specialist. They have even sent emails stating that they have processed it, but the specialist is cancelling the pending money back. Should I continue pursuing? Any tips will be appreciated. Used DNA FYI.

Apparently they did some investigation and could tell that it was delivered. The tracking only shows delivered and there is no proof stating such.

Had an order that got returned back to amazon around the same amount. Didn't even pick up the package from amazon pickup point. It got return and got picked up by one of those amazon partner carriers. Return goes missing in transit. Waiting the time amazon asked me to wait. Got issue a refund. Then a specialist cancelled it. While it got lost in transit on the return back. Employee probably stole it. Been reading a lot of complaints with amazon with high value items. Where items go missing or didn't get issue refund because it didn't match description. Even support told me not to buy anything expensive anymore on amazon.
Amazon is going to run into a lot problems
