Help with lululemon DNA? - teifsos - 04-15-2023
Hi there I'm pretty new to doing the DNA stuff (only did it a couple times with amazo-) I placed an order on lululemon but unfortunately they split my items into 3 separate shipments.. I was wondering if I could get some help on how I should proceed or if anyone has experience with lululemon? I also live in an apartment with part-time concierge so is it impossible to DNA if the delivery person hands the package to them?

You can still DNA with a concierge. I find it easier actually, because the carrier chooses not to take pictures in apartments, only houses, in my area.

oh thats good to know! but if the company 'investigates' wouldn't the carrier say they gave it to a person? its with fedex if that makes a difference

So far after 5 DNAs I havent had that happen. They dont actually do much investigating if its like under $400. Not worth the time and energy for them to be potentially wrong half the time. There are various ways to argue this if you arent caught on camera. Ex. I always buzz the carrier in, how did they get in this time? Why are you handing it to some random person? You should call me or leave me a pickup notice next time. Etc.

I PEB'd them once and got a refund. Looks like you'll have to DNA the more expensive package, unless they arrive on the same day at the same time. Keep us updated!

soo I'm greedy and decided to just DNA all 3 packages... (worth over $1k haha...) 2 arrived at the same time earlier this week and last one arrived today. I did live chat with a rep and told him all 3 DNA and he said they will start an investigation and within 4 days they'll follow up with an email. Not sure if this is good or bad or if i should've played it safe with DNA'ing 1 package but we'll see! I'll post an update once I hear back
