I got re bill by amazon germany - Gelbux - 04-15-2023

I claimed DNA, i failed because Amazon asked for PR. In response, I hired an "insider" who instantly obtained a refund as the merchandise was scanned by the warehouse. However, three days ago, I received a notice from Amazon stating that they plan to charge me again for the same order, alleging that the merchandise was delivered correctly and was never returned to their warehouse. Although my card had been reported stolen before the rebill, Even so, Amazon managed to charge me even though my card was inactive. When I contacted reps from amazon to claim about re bill, all representatives closed the chat. My fucking bank told me to dispute (chargeback).

Can amazon legally do this?

Its not like you can take them to court over it. They have obviously uncovered the "method" that was being used for these insider / killer scans and identified every single order that was refunded using them. So as far as they are concerned your account is undoubtedly linked to fraud so they have every right to claim the money back. To quote Omar from the wire.... "All in the game, yo"

It's not surprising.

The majority of refunders are only concerned about their cut, and couldn't care less about the ramifications on their clients. Stick to traditional methods - all have a proven track record of success.

Given you owe money to them, they have every right to collect It.

Same here. I received an email saying they will charge me. I have contacted Amazon explaining that. They were calming me down saying they won’t charge me because item was returned etc. I dont know what should I think about it. I don’t believe them anyway. Did you have enough money on your bank acc that they charged you? I keep below the amount they want charge me. I have also reported it to my bank. Ping me on telegram bro, have few questions

Was your card frozen or actually cancelled with a new one ordered?

I cashed out the money when I received the mail, my bank account is in negative balance. I made a mistake; I should have closed the account.

Reps are telling me the same by mail

Word of advice for future reference is to remove an overdraft unless you really need it.
