Wrong Item Help - seyeji6422@asoflex.com - 04-14-2023

I'm planning to SE a smartphone on amzn or Ebay (from a company) with wrong item received: buying a smartphone worth 150 (OPPO A16s) from the same company for one worth 500 (OPPO RENO 8 PRO) (different address, account, account name), but i have some questions:
The smartphones have around same weight, so what is the limit of weight difference and is there a way i can know the phone original packaging weight exactly? I tried searching online but i only found the weight of the second smartphone packaging
Can the company see who payed for the order and associate the accounts?
How can i know if they have cctv cameras?

For CCTV cameras you need to perform a trial run, order something cheaper and say you got the wrong item. You will know depending on if they use that as evidence. A believable weight difference might be something like 150g. There is no way to know the exact weight unless it is stated somewhere online, you will need to do some estimation.

Too much of a variance.

To play It safe, opt for half that weight at the maximum.

I've done some research and two packages differ by about 100 grams, but I've noticed that that GLS (courier used by the company) is not that accurate and I think they will be both measured as 0,5kg (460g and 540g) in the tracking. Does GLS parcels measurements accuracy depend on the state?
Another question: Can the company see that the owner (name) of the two different cards on the different accounts is the same or does the site mediate and hide it? Is there a difference between amzn and ebay?

What are you referring to?

By experience, I always see on GLS tracking that they usually marked as like 1kg, 5kg , 0,5kg.
I want to know if i can pay the two phones with different cards but both registered to me or the company that sells me phones can see that. I want to know if there is a difference between amzn and ebay in what they tell the company about the payment method and consequently in which case the company can reconcile the 2 orders

Hi, I dont know if i should open a new thread but i started doing wrong item mthd on ebay, so yesterday i bought the expensive one with main account but today, when i should buy the other, I received an email from ebay where they say my account is suspended, without any explanation. I sent a email where I asked the motivation behind my suspension but an operator didnt tell me anything more. It was a new account created a week ago without any order made. Should I make a new account or is it a risk because if they suspend the new one i will cannot receive the refund in the case of failed methd?

They cannot suspend your account without reason.

Keep contacting them until you receive an appropriate response.
