Walmart third-party seller DNA instant reverse with chatbot? - punt - 04-13-2023
I've read threads on reddit (r/WalmartSellers) that a lot of sellers suffer from LAD (loss after delivery) when customer claims non-delivery in chat and the bot does instant reverse of funds. I've been trying to do it and at first the bot says "wait two business days then contact us" and after that just "Okay, we’ll need you to speak with someone to help with your missing order. Please call 1-833-819-6500". This is on a $20 order, no prior abuse on the account.
Is this trick dead or I didn't do it correctly?
I've also tried "reply by email" option and they said that they need to give the seller 48 hours to resolve it and then contact them. I will post what happens after that. Idk, if it's this complex it's faster to just do "junk in the box" return, I've read that their system forces the reverse regardless of what you sent.
