Guys need ur help with Razer SE. At the moment I have SN and POD for Razer Nari Ultimate headphones I want to replace them. On the photo headphones r absolutely broken,one of the ear cups is broken,cable is torn on the 2 sides. What do I need to say to the agent ? I think they won’t replace item if I say I’ve broken them. Idk I need ur advices guys. If I say that my dog damaged the headphones do u think it’ll work ?

The damage must be consistent with their warranty replacement policy.
