NOTICE : what's mentioned is about the message's that is received from Amazon when a refund take's place .
some of the return's are not normally "processed" by the regular refund system that's installed in warehouses upon receiving your return thus duo to certain circumstances a manual refund is obtained from management team by sending a direct mail to the financial team to release the desired refund when a request is raised by their customer service agent's as per amazon policy , what's really got my attention is the refund reason when ever a manual refund is approached as it falls allways under this category "Account adjustment" discarding the real category whether if it was "customer return" or "damaged product" etc ...
