If you were given $1,000,000 and told you could spend it on whatever you wanted, what would you buy? Keep in mind that you only have 24 hours to spend all the money, starting at exactly 12:00 am. If you fail to spend all the money, you will get nothing, and everything you bought will have to be returned.

Go for single family homes. With multi family units in the University District $500 per bed,Mo. X8 rooms are available to rent students. And 3bdrm is$ 1950 Mo in SE Detroit burbs. $75k purchase price and it pays for itself and everything is written off come taxes
