Is Amazon LIT refund still working in 2023 ? +few questions - Alekzen - 03-29-2023
Hi all !
I have been doing few Amazon DNA in the past years. But last week I did two DNA in a row (yeah I got a bit excited) and obviously the second one didn't work, (was a 2000€ laptop) I've been asked for police report and received the famous otm service mail saying that they checked my account and they will close it if I keep asking for refunds.
I've legit returned it and I am waiting for my refund. But I want to do it again. DNA with another new account and if it doesn't work, go for a LIT. by either printing the pre-paid return label with disappearing ink or printing with normal ink on soluble paper and place some ice cubes in the package with tape right behind the label so when it melts, the label disappears
So my question is :
-Any of you know if LIT refund still works with Amazon as today March 2023 ?
I've been searching infos for many days now but I cannot get a clear answer for this question.
Of course it's probably better to try yourself and build your experience but I think it's worth to ask here. Maybe it will same me some energy and time, and money.
I don't wanna try FTID because it seems like a dead method to me (couriers scan the barcode and it will display the legit recipient) so it will all the way arrive at Amazon and will realize you didn't send back the product
Other question :
-When I switch from Amazon.fr to Amazon.de, do they have the same informations ? Orders, mails, refund requests ? I am asking because you cannot see the same informations yourself when you switch from a country to another.
@mothered I know a lot of people ask you for informations, maybe you could guide me with these questions ?

I never tried yet so, no. Though I ordered some A4 water-soluble paper and hopefully, it will look the same as regular paper. I've read somewhere here that it looks exactly the same.
If I do it, I will update here how it's going

Turns out the method won't work. Disappearing ink is violet and cannot be scanned at the post office.

Most of people that do LIT services they have insiders, so not many people still do that ink method.
