"Turned up smashed on two occasions, packaged incorrectly. Collection took ages and had to call three times for a refund"
Reviews on one of the mirror
Does this mean that they will expect it back even if claimed that its demaged?

Perhaps. It's seems to be luck of the draw as people have claimed £1000s in damaged items and they get to keep them. The bigger and harder to return the item is, the higher chance you have of getting to keep the item I believe.
