I was scammed on Amazon.de SEing service, can I SE it myself? Any help appreciated. - lookwhere - 03-27-2023

The guy seemed 110% legit to me at the time, I know it's my bad and everything.
I wasn't sure if I can handle this order by myself, because I had not that much experience.
I ordered 2 pairs of headphones - AirPods max and B&W px8, a total value of around ~ 1200 euros.

Parcel is already at the paketshop and there is 1 day left till it goes back to amazon, so I'm going to take it tomorrow.
My initial thought was to claim PEB, (no AirPods, because it's a present for mom) and then normally return B&W to Amazon.
Is it a good plan? Maybe I can do something to SE other headphones too?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I suggest you to leave the parcel there and let it go back to Amazon. If u take it back, try to refund it and return legitimately in case u fail - u gonna wait quite a long time.
Unless you are ready to fill a legit police report for these AirPods, if so - u can take it and claim PEB/MEB.

I suggest you to leave the parcel there and let it go back to Amazon. If u take it back, try to refund it and return legitimately in case u fail - u gonna wait quite a long time.
Unless you are ready to fill a legit police report for these AirPods, if so - u can take it and claim PEB/MEB.
I mean, I still need to do SE next time in order to get those Airpods. So there is no difference if i will do it now or later, right?
I read mothered blog, so I'm chill about police reports.

Black PR is also PR, I'm not sure if I should even mention them here, will do it if mothered/green will ask though.

Don't take any items from the packstation and let it be returned to Amazon. Lately Amazon.de started to look at Apple products more seriously. Yeah, you can try PEB, but it's a high chance that they will write an email saying that the GPS information and the weight matches, if you think otherwise, you will need to fill a PR.

I heard you, maybe I can PEB at least other headphones then?
Anyone knows where I could possibly SE airpods in Germany if not Amazon? Or should i try to FTID them(I'm not sure about that one, never executed this method before)?
