The items have been sent to your warehouse on my end, and I still haven’t received my refund after 14 days” 9. Now worker should start your refund congrats 10. If they start an investigation that’s still fine just wait for the investigation to finish and they should refund you

I can share a recent success with this company in an amount under 900 but over 700. I initially claimed DNA which they denied, after waiting for a little to think of my next move, I found out how to change the tracking status from delivered to Unable to be delivered. After doing so I re-contacted and expressed my frustrations at being denied despite the tracking showing it is clearly unable to be delivered. From that phone call to refund confirmation took less then 24 hours
please note that this was a save on a failed SE, and maybe if i had changed the tracking status immediately after it was delivered, it may have been looked more into, also their was proof of delivery uploaded but I dont think it matters
